These can be purchased ‘off-the-shelf’ or individualised to suit your aspirations, availability and equipment, with weekly online communication with Jo to talk through progress and keep you focused.

Perfect for those seeking guidance and support in becoming more active, returning to activity after a period of inactivity, or optimising activity to benefit a specific health condition or concern. Our Physiotherapist Led Personal Training Programme will provide an individualised and medically informed package of support tailored to your individual requirements. This will include an initial physiotherapy consultation and regular check-in’s with Fran, a personalised training programme, specific to you, and 1:1 training sessions and on-going support from Jo.

*Suitable for individuals:
- returning to exercise after a prolonged period of inactivity
- recommended to become more active by GP, friends or family (e.g. for pain management, weight-loss, stress management, anxiety etc.)
