FITNESS AT THE FARM
Fitness at the Farm is a small group circuit-style exercise class, run either outdoors or in the tithe barn. Individuals work at their own pace throughout the circuit, with fun additional fitness challenges thrown in along the way. Suitable for regular exercisers or those returning to exercise.

Fitness at the Farm LITE is a small group circuit-style exercise class, run either outdoors or in the tithe barn. As above, individuals work at their own pace throughout the circuit, with fun additional fitness challenges, suitable for those requiring lower impact options and a steadier pace. Suitable for seniors, those starting out, gently returning to exercise or coming back from injury.
Tuesday 10.00-11.00am
Suitable for those requiring a lower impact alternative

SUSTAINABLE FITNESS ONLINE
Sustainable Fitness ONLINE is a cardio and bodyweight exercise class, fun via Zoom. With a range of options, modifications and alternatives, it is suitable for regular exercises, those returning to exercise, those just starting out and those requiring a low impact alternative.

LOW IMPACT FITNESS CLASS
Our Low Impact Fitness Class is an indoor circuit style exercise class at The Key Centre, Keynsham. It is suitable for those who have never been to a gym or exercise class, those requiring lower impact options and those requiring a steadier pace, including seniors, those with underlying health considerations (subject to screening), those starting out or gently returning to exercise.
