What Should I Wear?

For assessment and manual therapy appointments, we recommend that you wear loose, comfortable clothing. It may be necessary to remove some clothing in order to complete a thorough physical assessment and / or treatment. Your dignity will be maintained at all times. You may find it comfortable to wear shorts for a lower back or leg problem, and a vest for neck/upper back and shoulder problems. For massage and soft tissue, where there is a greater proportion of hands-on treatment, towels are used to maintain your dignity whilst enabling access to the area of treatment.

For personal training and exercise classes, we recommend that you wear comfortable sports clothing and trainers. For outdoor sessions and classes, please bring appropriate warm layers.
